How does a Beautanic Lifestyle water meter work?

Every Beautanic Lifestyle plant grows in a special hydropot with water meter and water reservoir. This watering system ensures that you know exactly how much and when the plant needs water.

The water reservoir provides a water buffer of 1 to 1.5 liters. When you want to water the plant, pour the water over the volcanic granules. This may be given on a spot on the volcanic granules. The water flows through the volcanic granules down into the water reservoir and then the water meter (depending on the amount of water) will go up. Give it about 60 seconds to react to the water. If the water meter does not react to the water gift, read here which steps you can follow . If the water meter does not work after bleeding, contact the point of sale where you bought the plant.

After about 2 weeks the water meter will drop again. If the water meter has not moved for more than 2 weeks, it is advisable to bleed the water meter.

Did you accidentally give too much water and the blue stick is above the MAX? Don't panic, this is easy to solve.
On the side of the hydropot is a black, rubber cap. This cap ensures that the hydropot is waterproof, but also ensures that you can remove the water from the pot. The cap is on the top of the water reservoir, so that only the excess water flows out. Note: only remove the cap above a sink or bucket, so that it catches the water.
