All Beautanic Lifestyle are supplied from our nursery in Honselersdijk, but the origin of these plants lies with our production company MDK Ghana Flowers & Greens Ltd. Located in the South of Ghana. The country has an ideal climate for growing houseplants. The company has an area of 25 hectares with room for future expansion. This is where the production of our large, green house plants Beautanic Lifestyle is based. In addition to the houseplant concept, small green houseplants ( LovinGreen ), tropical cut leaves & tropical cut flowers ( MDK Flowers & Greens ) also grow here.

Corporate Social Responsibility and the well-being of our employees is our top priority. That is why we provide, among other things, hot meals and medical expenses are reimbursed. To make it easy and safe to get to work and home, our employees are transported to and from the nursery on a daily basis.

Our employees are all permanent employees at MDK Ghana. We adhere to a strict minimum age for performing work and getting an employment contract. All our employees are therefore 18+. A relatively large number of ladies work for us, they primarily take care of the family in Africa. In addition to the salary, the pension accrual of the employees is also taken care of. We also offer courses to further develop yourself and build a stable future. In this way we hope to contribute to well-being and the Ghanaian economy with our company.
