How can I place my order?
We have a wide range of large, green plants. All plants are supplied as standard in a Beautanic Hydropot with water meter. All plants that we ship are available with a suitable outer pot. You can select this in combination with your product on the product page. Place your order by filling in your details and selecting the payment option. When your order is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as the order has been packed, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code.

I have not received a confirmation email. What now?

Can I also order Beautanic Lifestyle products for someone else?
Yes, the recipient will be very surprised with her new Beautanic roommate. You can enter the shipping address of the recipient when placing the order. Please note that you only enter the shipping address of the recipient, not the billing and e-mail address.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel or adjust your order until the next working day at 8:00 AM. Pass on your cancellation or adjustment with order number via info@beautanic.nl or by WhatsApp together with your order number.
