In what ways can I pay?
You can pay by IDEAL, Credit Card, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking and KBC/CBC Payment Button.

Will I receive an invoice after my order?
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Would you like to receive an invoice? No problem! Send an email to info@beautanic.nl with your order number and the request for an invoice. Then it will come your way as soon as possible.

Can I also return my order?
Beautanic Lifestyle plants fall under perishable products, unfortunately we cannot take them back. If you have ordered decorative pots and accessories, you can return the products within 14 days. Please contact us by email to info@beautanic.nl or send a message via WhatsApp .

Can I claim my right of withdrawal?
Officially, a cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving the products applies to all products that you buy online. However, there is an exception for perishable products, such as our green houseplants. The right of withdrawal does not apply to this.
