After your order has been completed, we will get to work preparing everything for shipment.

All Beautanic Lifestyle plants come directly from our nursery . Only after your plant has been ordered will we start preparing it for shipment. Your plant can therefore be at your home within 48 hours after it has been packed by us. In this way we guarantee fresh plants of the highest possible quality .

To get everything neatly at your home, we do the following; The plants are packed in recycled plastic to protect the leaves and the volcanic granules. The plant is then placed in a specially designed box , where it can be safely transported. If you order a suitable decorative pot in addition to the plant, it will be sent in separate packaging. Upon receipt, you can transfer the plant as a whole (with pot and all) into the decorative pot. This is so easy.

Plants are shipped within the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. The hardware products are also delivered elsewhere in Europe. The shipment of your plant is carried out by Post.NL. When we have offered your plant to PostNL you will automatically receive a track & trace code . This allows you to track your order and be ready for receipt.

It is also possible to pick up your order at our nursery. You can select this as an option when ordering. You will then receive an e-mail with a pick-up message for this order.

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong during the shipment of your order, do not hesitate and contact us as soon as possible. Then we provide a suitable solution.
