What is the delivery time?
Beautanic Lifestyle strives for a delivery time of maximum 2 working days. Sometimes evading due to the crowds of PostNL, so that the shipment can take longer than usual. Has your order not been delivered after 5 days? Please contact us.
How will my order be shipped?
Beautanic Lifestyle uses shipping by PostNL. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace information.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes, of course. You can pick up your order at the nursery. Our nursery is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. You can indicate in the ordering process that you want to pick up your order.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are € 5.95. With an order amount more than € 19.99, the delivery costs are free.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Track & Trace by email after your order has been shipped. You will find the shipping status in this email and see when your package will be delivered.
I have not yet received my order.
How awful. If you have received a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace information, you can check it via the PostNL website. Do you have questions about the status of your order? PostNL is available to answer your questions.
How will my order be delivered undamaged?
The plants are packed in recycled plastic to protect the leaves and the volcanic granules. The plant is then placed in a specially designed box, where it can be transported safely. If you order a suitable decorative pot in addition to the plant, it will be sent in separate packaging. Upon receipt, you can transfer the plant as a whole (with pot and all) into the decorative pot. This is so easy.
What should I do if a product is damaged during delivery?
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that your product is damaged during transport. Of course you can't do anything about that. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or a message via WhatsApp with your order number and the photo of the damage. We will process your complaint as soon as possible and look for a suitable solution.
